Club Brugge midfielder Ruud Vormer has completed a loan move to Zulte Waregem until the end of the season. The deal was officially announced by both clubs.
Vormer, who has been a key player for Club Brugge in recent years, will join Zulte Waregem in a bid to gain more playing time and help the team in their push for the top of the Belgian First Division A.
The 30-year-old Dutch midfielder has made over 200 appearances for Club Brugge since joining the club in 2015, helping them win the Belgian Pro League title in 2017 and 2018. He has also featured for the Dutch national team, earning 10 caps.
The Sorare market for Ruud Vormer's Rare Card has responded, with his card doubling in value in just a few days around the rumour. You can pick his Rare Card up currently for 0.075 ETH.
While he's struggled for game time at Brugge this season, owners of his card will be hoping he hits the kind of form he has been known to hit during his peaks where he regularly hits green scores.
It will be interesting to see how Vormer adapts to his new surroundings at Zulte Waregem and how he can contribute to the team's success. The loan move could also benefit Club Brugge, as it allows Vormer to gain valuable match experience before returning to the club at the end of the season.
Stay tuned for updates on Vormer's progress at Zulte Waregem.
